Dr. Marla Dudak was honored at the 12th Annual Honor Your Doctor Luncheon at Boca West Country Club on Wednesday, March 24.

The event is given by the GFWC Boca Raton Woman's Club The proceeds of the luncheon provide scholarships for the students in the medical field at the Florida Atlantic University, Lynn University and Palm Beach State College campuses.

A doctor and a medical practice nominated by the Caridad Center are finalists for the 2010 Palm Beach County Medical Society's Heroes in Medicine  awards. They are Dental Clinic volunteer Dr. Frank Boyar in the Healthcare Provider category and   Eye Associates of Boca Raton in the Community Outreach category.

CARIDAD CENTER IS ONE OF THE 24 LOCAL CHARITIES SELECTED TO SHARE IN $400,000 OF PRIZE MONEY!!!
(Winning team earns 30%, minimum of $120,000, second place 20%, 3^rd place 10%, remaining charities split the pot, and each is guaranteed at least $7,800!)
